2.1 Anonymous Users
- When using the Service without registering, we may collect:

- Preferences you choose (e.g., filters, Parental Control settings);
- Consented, anonymized interaction data via Google Analytics 4 (GA4);
- Locally Stored Data: To protect your privacy, data for non-registered users (such as search history and favorites) is stored directly in your browser using IndexedDB. We do not have access to this data; it remains on your device and under your control.
No personally identifiable information is collected unless you choose to register.
2.2 Registered Users
When registering with an email address:
- A system-generated password is assigned;
- A persistent user ID is created;
- Search history and favorites may be stored with your consent;
- Optional nickname and Google userpic (if logging in via Google) may be stored;
- Optional profile visibility settings (e.g., showing nickname/favorites) are respected.
3. Data
3.1 Usage of Collected Data
Collected data is used to:
- Provide and personalize search results;
- Store user settings and history (with consent);
- Improve service quality and user experience;
- Respond to user-initiated messages.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Only anonymized GA4 data is available to Google.
3.2. Publicly Displayed Anonymized Data
To showcase trending topics or popular queries, we may display a list of recent searches on a dedicated page. These queries are fully anonymized and are not linked to any specific user account or IP address. Any user, whether registered or anonymous, can opt out of having their queries included in this public display through their settings.
4. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies for:
- Essential Functions: Session management and storing your preferences (like theme or search settings).
- Analytics: Google Analytics to understand service usage (optional).
- Third-Party Logins: To enable login via Google (optional).
- Advertising: To support the service through advertising partners (optional).
- Users may fully opt out or configure cookie preferences via our cookie banner.
5. Adult Content and Parental Control
Thumbnails and video sources include adult content. Parental Control is enabled by default and must be manually disabled by the user. Users are advised this content may still be protected by copyright or other rights.
6. User Rights
6.1 Access and Deletion
- Users may delete their history by time interval (last hour / 12h / 24h) or entirely.
- Users may request full data deletion (Right to Erasure) at any time. Requests are fulfilled within 30 days.
6.2 Consent and Control
- Users may opt out of data collection or disable cookies at any time.
- Anonymous users retain full local control over their search data stored in the browser.
6.3 Messaging Data
Messages initiated by the user are stored. Upon request, correspondence is deleted.
7. Data Storage Location and Duration
- Servers are located in the United States (Florida).
- Images are served via CDN.
- Search history and settings are retained until the account is deleted or the user requests removal.
- No copyrighted or original content is stored; only previews: thumbnails (max size: 420×236), video preview (max duration 15s), descriptions, and metadata.
8. Additional Information for EU Users
If you are located in the European Union, the following applies:
- Your data is processed based on your consent or our legitimate interest in providing the Service;
- You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, as well as the right to restrict or object to processing;
- You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal;
- You may file a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Copyright and Takedown Requests
We respond to all valid copyright or legal takedown requests within 24 hours.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the updated Policy.
